- Proceedings of the congress will be published by the American Institute of Physics (AIP).
- The Proceedings will consist of one volume (with hard cover) containing articles based on the invited plenary lectures and the short communications.
- A free copy of the volume will be sent by post mail to the participants.
- In addition, all the participants will have free unlimited online access to the digital volume.
- Length of the papers
- Plenary talks 20 pages
- Short communications and posters 10 pages
